Kevin South

1988-1992: Kevin attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA on a full golf scholarship, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Public Administration.

1992-1998: Kevin began his career as a golf professional gaining full membership to the PGA in 1996. His golf career began in Richmond, VA at The Dominion Club. In 1996 Kevin was hired as the First Assistant at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin OH, home to Jack Nicklaus’s Memorial Tournament.

1999-2003: Kevin left the golf business to begin a career in the real estate industry as a commercial real estate broker. After five years and more than $60 million in real estate sales and leasing, Kevin joined Pinnacle Development Partners.

2004 to Present: In Kevin’s first year with Pinnacle Development Partners the partnership successfully completed two neighborhood retail centers in Columbus, OH. Since Pinnacle’s inception, the partnership has completed over 100,000 square feet of retail space; 60,000 square feet of office condo space; a subdivision with 43 executive home sites; and 15 build-to-suit projects.

Currently, Kevin is in charge of Pinnacle’s development operations in the southwest United States. Ongoing projects include three developments encompassing more than 50,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space in Phoenix, AZ. Kevin also continues to assist with operations in Ohio including: an 11-acre commercial development; a bank build-to-suit; and a 235-acre riverfront subdivision.
