Michael Reardon

1994-1999: Michael attended Ohio University in Athens, OH on partial golf and academic scholarships. Michael graduated Cum Laude with a BBA degree. He was an academic All-MAC selection as a member of the golf team.

1999-2004: Michael was employed by Mortgage Network upon graduation from college. His career began in the north shore of Boston at Mortgage Network’s headquarters in Danvers, MA. He rose through the ranks quickly and was sent to the Hilton Head Island, SC office to become a loan originator. Within two years Michael established himself as one of the top producers for the HHI office with annual production over $50,000,000. In 2002 Michael was then asked to open Mortgage Network’s first office in the Charleston, SC market. By the end of 2004 annual production had reached over $90,000,000.

January to June 30, 2005: After writing $60,000,000 in closed loans through June Michael was approached by his father, Tim, to join Pinnacle Development Partners, LLC.

July 1, 2005 to Present: Since getting into the development business Michael successfully completed eWall Street Office Park consisting of 50,000 square feet of office condo space. Currently, he is in charge of marketing and sales for the Bahamian residential resort, Sky Beach Club, in Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera.
